Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and digiPanda Consulting Pvt Ltd, H-112, sector 63,Noida, India, for the use of Upranke Index at https://index.upranke.com. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Upranke Index helps you get pages on websites you control discovered by search engines and AI answer engines, using official channels, and shows you evidence of the results. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Your account and your sites
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
- You may only use Upranke Index for websites you own or are authorised to manage, and which are verified in your Google Search Console. We refuse URLs outside those properties.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite, and for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit pages you are not authorised to manage, or content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes others’ rights;
- use Upranke Index to create spam, doorway pages, or content that violates search engines’ published spam policies;
- interfere with or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or resell it without our written consent;
- share ingest tokens or keys outside your organisation.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where practical.
4. No guarantees about third parties
Search engines and AI services decide on their own whether, when and how to crawl, index, rank or cite a page. Upranke Index reports their answers; it cannot control them. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, indexing times or citations. Results from AI services can vary between runs and can differ from their consumer apps.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period, plus applicable taxes (including GST). Plan limits and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable for partial periods. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change for your plan.
6. Your data
You own the data you bring to Upranke Index. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it by writing to info@upranke.com.
7. Our property
The Upranke Index software, design and brand belong to digiPanda Consulting Pvt Ltd. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Upranke Index available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. digiPanda Consulting Pvt Ltd’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or rankings.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Upranke Index and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach it and do not fix the breach after notice. On closure we delete your data as our privacy policy describes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
